33-year-old woman has been
arrested on attempted to murder charges after she was trying to kill her son because she wanted the boy to get to heaven so
that she would join him later, the
WorldWide Weird News has reported.
Japanese police say Aki
Amano, had choked the 8-year-old boy until he fell unconscious at her home
while her husband, Toshio Amano, was at home.
It was the 54-year-old man
who discovered the still unconscious boy and called emergency services to
report that his son was dying, 2 hours after the attack.
The little boy was rushed to
a hospital and remains in an intensive care unit.
Hospital staff saw bruises
and red marks on the boy's neck, indicating that someone had choked him, and
called the police.
The little boy’s mother was
arrested at the hospital. During questioning, the mother told police that she
cannot raise her son any longer and wanted to go to heaven with him.
The litle boy's grandmother
said that her daughter had been receiving psychiatric treatment at a mental
institution.
