Ever since news broke out of marital crisis between Tiwa Savage and her husband, Teebillz, there have been may speculations as to the truth concerning the couple’s marriage. A new twist has unfolded into the crisis rocking the 5 month-old marriage of singer, Tiwa Savage as a top aide of Governor Babatunde Fasola, Folly Coker has been linked with the problems the new couple are facing.Paper Mache can authoritatively reveal that Folly Coker, the Special Adviser to the Lagos State Government on Central Business District owns Mavin Records and is instrumental to the overnight success of the record label. Sources divulged that Folly and Tiwa Savage had been an item for sometime and it was the affair that gave birth to the ownership of the label by the politician.

Insiders hinted that when D’banj pulled out of Mo’hit Records it was Folly Coker that came to the rescue of Tiwa and the rest of the team by investing some money to set up the Mavin Records and used Don Jazzy as the frontman of the business.Information made available to Paper Mache had it that Tiwa Savage’s decision to marry her manager, Tunji Balogun did not go down well with her label financier, Folly who felt very bad that the marriage would signal an end to their romance.Tiwa Savage on her part was revealed to have used her marriage to even the score with her politician-lover who is also accused of sleeping with her record label-mate, Di-ja.

Folly was alleged to have met Di-ja whose real name is Hadiza Blel at a fashion event organised by his estranged wife, a popular fashion designer and daughter of a successful industrialist.Di-ja who is also a fashion designer is claimed to be a protege of Folly Coker’s ex wife, Folake and her dalliance with the politician got her a place in the record label as she was imposed on the label where she made her debut with the Dorobucci single and video.

Tiwa Savage’s constant text messages and chats with Folly Coker was said to have been one of the many sources of her marital problems as her husband doesn’t hide his disapproval whenever ‘Mr Folly’ calls or send a message, a relationship his wife labelled ‘strictly official’.

Folly Coker who was a Deputy Chief of Staff to ex-Lagos Governor, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is not new to controversy.

His crashed marriage to Folake Akindele, his business relationship with Kasham Buruji and his appointment into the Lagos State government had always been topic of controversies.
